Casaville was developed by Angkasa Architect with Abode Property, located in Pekanbaru city with a futuristic concept and out of the box design.

The housing area had 2 types with the same façade design. The unique selling point of the houses laid on the alignment of straight lines and curves mix into a unity of design as well as the mixture of brick material and lines texture on the walls.

The futuristic concept was fitted for young generations that were looking for a future house with an affordable price. The house also had a complete package, with foyer and living dining kitchen that face directly to the backyard , with 3 bedrooms.
