MARCO REVY HOUSE

The land lot from MR House was rectangular in shape and east oriented therefore the design was focused on the direct sunlight to the front of the house. The 2 levels with rooftop plus 1 semi-basement located in Pondok Indah was designed with a modern futuristic tropical theme. The design development focused on the mass and geometry for every angle of the house, designed as such to adopt the metaphor of a female frame that was tender but also strong and powerful. The mass of the building was designed with a curvy angles and aerodynamic physical form.

In the development of design, the first-floor mass was made lightly with transparent façade using numerous windows and openings so that the visual quality shine through from the front to the back to maximized the natural sunlight and saved energy. Where else the 2^nd floor was designed in a holistic way with the clever gap placement between the mass and public private function.

This house was designed with one stop entertainment house. At the rooftop there was a helipad e-hang and relaxation area such as, outdoor barbeque and also spa with saloon. The basement area was utilised as a garage and also entertainment room for pool tables, karaoke lounge, and also home theatre.

In the inner court area next to the living dining was installed with sunken barbeque, gym, and also wall climbing surrounding the starlight lightings in the middle as the core.
