The main concept design for this house was interpreted like a tornado, with a circular mass that surrounded the building as the main shaft, in this case it’s the private swimming pool as the center of the house. Having a 7000sqf land and only 1 floor, the mass zoning of the building was divided into a few sections, but still under one circular roof. As the main shaft of the tornado, we put an infinity pool as to serve as the center of the house.

The main entrance area was surrounded by greens and trees with the reflecting pool. This house has 1 master bedroom and 3 children’s bedrooms divided in every zoning mass. All of the rooms had direct view facing the pool.

This house would be made as a second home therefore the client wanted a unique and one-of-a-kind design not like any other. The client also wanted the house to be functioned for various kind of activities like communal service and such. The implementation of design for the communal area was placed side by side with the mass of the house but still keeping the private area private. The communal area would serve as a gathering place, sporting events, gardening, and more. With the 7000sqf land there would also be jogging track for the client to jog around their house.
